Rashelle's passion, energy and skill working with young people, volunteers and staff at Project for Pride in Living have helped bring us to the next level. Her strong communication, professionalism, ability to manage many tasks at once and willingness to help out wherever needed make her an invaluable team member. She is a master relationship builder and knows people are what matters most. She reaches out to everyone she meets and takes genuine interest in who they are. She listens intently and sees possibility for individuals and for developing partnerships. She is a gifted youth worker and has a heart for young people. She knows how to connect with them and guide them so they may blossom. Rashelle is an outstanding volunteer coordinator. From pitching our programs to prospective volunteers, intake, orientation, training and providing on-site support, she has made our volunteers feel welcome and prepared to serve. Rashelle has an eye for innovation, a willingness to seek out new resources and a creative spirit that brings new life and energy to our work. We are privileged to have her serving with us at PPL.

Rashelle was absolutely AMAZING. She elevated our event to the next level and made it into an experience our audience won’t forget. She was so good at reading the room and ENGAGING them. Rashelle is an excellent partner and leader, and I have personally benefited from working with her. She has an eager willingness to learn new things and be challenged.
